BUILDING AUTOMATION & CONTROLS
Facility Explorer specialists bringing controls installation, programming, integration, and service to new and existing buildings across New Hampshire, northern Massachusetts, and Greater Boston.
01 / OUR SERVICES
Good building automation takes more than connecting equipment. It takes people who understand how the whole building should work.
We bring installation, programming, graphics, and service together, with the details thought through from the start.
Tell us what you’re working onWe turn project requirements into a clear controls plan, with coordinated submittals, point lists, and sequences of operation. Early coordination with owners, engineers, and other trades helps resolve questions before installation begins.
Careful panel layouts, organized wiring, clear labeling, and thoughtfully placed devices make a system easier to understand and service. We install controls with attention to workmanship, access, and the day-to-day needs of the people who maintain them.
Custom control sequences and third-party integration bring new and existing equipment into one coordinated building automation system. We make the logic, communications, and operator controls work together around the way your building needs to operate.
Custom graphics, meaningful alarms, and useful trends give operators the context to understand a system, spot a problem, and make the right adjustment. We turn complex building data into a clear, user-friendly interface tailored to your equipment and the people who use it.
We see projects through commissioning, sequence verification, documentation, and operator training. We also offer ongoing maintenance and service for new and existing systems, including those installed by others.
02 / WHY GSA
Our expertise spans legacy systems and the latest building automation platforms. We bring that knowledge to engineering, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
We integrate HVAC, access control, and other building systems, connecting new and existing equipment so operators can manage them through a coordinated interface.
Thoughtful schedules, temperature resets, and control sequences help reduce unnecessary equipment runtime while maintaining the conditions your building needs.
From a single building to a campus or industrial facility, we design controls that can expand with your equipment, operating needs, and future plans.
Routine maintenance, remote troubleshooting, and around-the-clock service support help keep your building running. When a problem cannot wait, you have a team to call.
03 / THE BIG PICTURE
We build the logic that makes your systems work, and the interface that helps your team understand them.
The cooling valve opens to 68% while the heating valve remains closed. The fan delivers 55°F supply air, with the mixed-air damper at 20%.
Graphics built around your building.
Choose from a range of visual themes, with layouts and point displays tailored to your equipment and your team’s needs.
BUILT AROUND YOUR WORLD
Temperature, humidity, pressure, and ventilation. Clear control for spaces where conditions matter.
Comfortable classrooms, coordinated schedules, and systems facility teams can confidently operate.
Connected HVAC and building systems, practical troubleshooting, and a clear path to modernization.
04 / OUR EXPERTISE
We support new and existing building automation systems, including those installed by others. Bring us a recurring problem, an integration challenge, or a plan to upgrade.
Facility Explorer is our specialty. We program controllers, develop supervisory databases, and integrate equipment across Niagara and Metasys systems, with the control logic and operator interface built around your building.
We service legacy Johnson Controls controllers and N2 networks, and help owners plan upgrades around equipment worth retaining. Phased controller replacements and front-end migrations support modernization as your needs and budget allow.
We trace recurring offlines, gateway problems, and unreliable communication across BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, and Modbus networks. We check addressing, routing, wiring, and termination to identify the fault and restore dependable communication.
We review schedules, temperature resets, economizer logic, and operating sequences to identify unnecessary runtime and conflicting commands. Practical adjustments help equipment work together, maintain building conditions, and use energy more effectively.
